Decent coffee, shipping could improve

I got the Olla Express Sampler Pack to try out a few flavors. The coffee itself is really good, especially the Cafe de Olla w/Orange. My main issue was the shipping speed; it took almost 8 days to arrive, which felt a bit long. Everything was packaged well, and the quality of the coffee is definitely there. Just wish they could speed up the delivery sometimes.

Nice coffee for mornings

I grabbed a bag of the Mexican Spiced Coffee a couple weeks ago. It was pretty good, you know? Not too strong, but enough flavor to wake you up. Shipping was alright, got here in about a week. The website was easy to use, didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. Definitely makes my mornings a little better.

Nah, it's just the flavor. All the alcohol cooks out during the roasting/infusion process. Totally fine for mornings, no buzz at all.

Can confirm, it's just for taste. They clarify it on their site somewhere, no alcohol content in the final product.

I think the first order discount usually applies to the first shipment of a subscription too. That's how it worked for me a while back.

You can use the sign-up code, but you can't combine it with other auto-discounts. So if a bundle deal is happening, you gotta pick one or the other.

Yeah, it's definitely there! Not overpowering like a candy bar, but you can taste the piloncillo for sure. I usually don't even add sugar.

Olla Express is more authentic for actual cafe de olla. La Monarca is good, but it's a bakery, so their coffee is more of an add-on. Olla Express specializes in it.

I've had both. If you want the real piloncillo and spice vibe, go Olla Express. La Monarca is fine, but not the same depth of flavor for Cafe de Olla specifically.
